Servomotor for butterfly valves
Servomotors MZ are designed to operate VF and VFH
butterfly valves. They consist of a multi-stage spur gearbox with DC
motor, driven by an electronic control unit. This allows a high torque and
adjustable running time. MZ3 type is suitable for basic adjusting position,
operated by cams connected to driving shaft.
MZ5 type is suitable for advanced adjusting
position, controlled by analogue signals with very high positioning precision.
This type of device, connected to VF and VFH
butterfly valves,
is suitable for three-stage control (MZ3) or
electronic positioning control (MZ5), of gas and air flow in combustion
processes. Available in ATEX ex-proof version and in 10Nm
torque version (MZ510).
